1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, you will be notified and refunded the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Time

Please confirm stock availability before placing your order. We have a very good response rate.

Delivery takes 2-7 Business days -- depending on stock availability.
Some (but very few) items are transferred directly from our suppliers therefore have extra handling time. They take 4-13 Business days. Such information is communicated on all product details.


Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

3. Delivery Location

Our products are warehoused in East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders exceeding R500. 

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the package upon delivery, contact us immediately!

8. Warranty

All refurbished products have a warranty of 1 month from the day the products are delivered; while all new products have a warranty of 6 months from the day they are delivered.
